Recall of Pâté en Croûte, Cocktail Pistache

The Environmental Health Division is advising the public of the immediate recall of the product Pâté en Croûte Cocktail Pistache (400g), produced by the brand Drôme Salaisons.

The recall was issued following reports that the product may be contaminated with Listeria, a harmful bacterium that can cause serious illness.

• Size: 400g
• Affected Batches: Products with a use-by date between 17 February 2026 and 31 March 2026

This product has been distributed internationally, including the British Virgin Islands. Members of the public who may have purchased this product are advised not to consume it. The product should be discarded immediately.

Food contaminated with Listeria can cause Listeriosis, a serious infection. Symptoms may include fever, muscle aches, headaches, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, and stomach-related symptoms such as diarrhea.

Listeriosis can be especially dangerous for pregnant women, older adults, newborn babies, and persons with weakened immune systems.
