Hello You

Jun 05, 2025 0 Comments

Look at you finding yourself again, getting back to the real you before you were broken by what you thought was Love. You are starting to smile again, you are exploring beautiful places to gain back what you thought was lost but even in those moments; sometimes, a wave hits you filled with raw emotions. And you feel it yet again. That hurt, that pain you thought was fading away. But, just remember every step in healing takes time and keep showing up for yourself, moment by moment. Even in the chaos, find that sunlight again. 💛🌼

When the Waves Hit

When the waves come crashing, uninvited and wild,

When they soak through your soul with the ache of a child,

When you're fine in the morning but drowning by noon,

And the grief hums a quiet, familiar tune.

Pause.

Breathe.

Feel it.

Let the salt sting. Let the tears fall.

Let your body remember it’s been through it all.

You don’t have to be strong every second of light,

You don’t have to win every battle at night.

But then,

You see them.

Across the room, or just passing by.

Laughing. Unbothered. With someone new in their eye.

And suddenly, the healing you swore you had found

Shatters again—right there, on the ground.

It’s not weakness, this pain—it’s memory and truth.

It’s betrayal still echoing, stealing your youth.

It’s your heart catching fire from an old, cruel spark.

Not because you still want them…

But because they left a mark. A painful, hurtful mark instead of a beautiful memory.

So hold yourself tighter in those aching hours.

You’ve walked through storms and grown wildflowers.

Don’t hide from the sting—it means you still feel. Feel it all.

And everything that hurts… is something you’ll heal.

Call a friend. Take a breath. Step outside the pain.

Let the sunlight remind you that you're not the same.

You're not that girl begging, breaking, unseen

You're becoming a woman with boundaries and wings.

And know:

This wave will break.

This ache will pass.

You are not stuck in it,

You’re moving at last.

So even when they’re near, and it cuts you deep,

Let the tears come fast, then let them sleep.

Because every time you rise again from that hell,

You are closer to wholeness,

And you’re doing so well.
