Acting Commissioner of Police Jacqueline Vanterpool stated, “The return and charging of Mr. Rabsatt represent a significant step in delivering justice for the family of Jaimez Stoutt and for the people of this Territory. This case has weighed heavily on the community for nearly four years, and I want to reassure the public that the RVIPF will continue to relentlessly pursue those who seek to commit violence in our Territory. No one is beyond the reach of justice. We remain committed to protecting our communities and ensuring that those responsible for serious crimes are held fully accountable.”

The RVIPF thanks the public for their patience and cooperation throughout this process and reminds the community that investigations are ongoing. Additional updates will be provided as the case progresses.
