The BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) will undergo a scheduled IT infrastructure maintenance exercise today Monday, September 15, 2025. The maintenance exercise will result in a temporary interruption of the Authority’s internet and telephone services.

The interruption will take place from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. During this time, the BVIHSA will activate its downtime procedures. The public is therefore advised to take note of the following contact numbers for use while the interruption is in effect:
