The Department of Immigration will offer Saturday services effective 1 November 2025, by appointment only, between the hours of 9:30am and 1:30pm weekly.

This initiative is part of the Department’s ongoing commitment to improving accessibility and convenience for the public. Saturday operations will allow customers greater flexibility in managing their immigration matters.

Services available on Saturdays at the Departments Processing Unit only will include:

• Extensions to Entry Permits (Workers, Dependents, etc.)
• Extensions to Landing Permits (Visitors)

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Department of Immigration.

By offering Saturday appointments, we aim to make it easier for residents and visitors to access our services in a way that fits their needs. This initiative underscores the Departments commitment to enhancing service delivery and supporting the needs of the public we serve.”
