During a regional visit on Tuesday February 10, 2027, Premier Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley held what he considered to be a constructive meeting with leaders of the Turks and Caicos Islands. 

The discussions were said to be focused on constitutional matters, healthcare funding, and opportunities to deepen collaboration in both tourism and investment. 

The Premier emphasized shared governance and resilience and expressed a commitment to ongoing partnership to advance the region’s long-term interests.

The Turks and Caicos Islands is also an overseas Territory of the UK.
