MAN CHARGED FOLLOWING VIRGIN GORDA FIREARM INCIDENT
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is continuing investigations into a shooting incident that occurred on Virgin Gorda shortly after midnight on Sunday, 17th May 2026.
Khemoe Foy, 51 of Georges North Side has been arrested and formally charged with:
1. Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
2. Unlawful Possession of Explosives
He was granted $100,000 bail to return to the Magistrate’s court on 2nd July 2026.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force can confirm a shooting incident on Virgin Gorda shortly after midnight on Sunday, 17th May 2026.
Preliminary investigations indicate that multiple shots were discharged at a residential property; however, no injuries were reported. One male suspect is currently in police custody.Investigations into the matter are ongoing, and further updates will be provided as necessary.
