The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is investigating a shooting incident that occurred after 7:00 p.m. on Sunday 26th April 2026 in the Vanterpool Estate area.

Officers responded promptly to the report and recovered evidence from the scene.

No injuries were initially found. However, a male individual later presented himself at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He received medical treatment and has since been discharged.

Investigations into the matter remains active and ongoing.
