ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI — The Cabinet Office has announced the appointment of six individuals to the Physical Planning Authority, with the appointments officially published in the latest edition of the Virgin Islands Official Gazette.

According to a notice issued by the Cabinet Office, Richard C. deCastro, Shane Winter, Chad Skelton, Dion Jennings, Dion Crabbe, and Diehdra Potter have all been appointed to serve on the Authority. The appointments took effect retroactively from April 15, 2026.

Details of the appointments were published in Issue No. 66, dated June 18, 2026, of the Official Gazette, which is now available online through the Government’s Gazette website.

The Physical Planning Authority plays a key role in overseeing matters related to physical development, land use, and planning approvals across the Virgin Islands, helping to guide sustainable growth and development throughout the Territory.
