Judging of entries and Road March return after last year’s unjudged entries

The Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal Hat Parade has become a beautiful staple during the Virgin Gorda Easter Festival. The event, founded in 2018, saw its 4th Annual showing on Sunday, April 9th, with a beautiful and creative array of hats.
